All labor rates are a 1 hour minimum. Materials and specialty tool usage/rentals are extra. |

“Best Price Guarantee” terms and conditions:
If Owner, within 30 days of service date, produces evidence of a better price, Vertex shall reimburse/refund the Owner the difference in billing fee plus an additional 10%, under the following conditions:
- Service provider must not be closely related to Owner, or Owner themselves.
- Owner shall not have a financial stake in Service Providers business or operations.
- Owner must provide a written detailed line item estimate from service provider, with applicable part/material numbers.
- Services and materials provided must be an apple-to-apple comparison, unless Service Provider can explain why the completed Service or Material used by Vertex was not optimal.
- Materials must be new, in-stock (unless Vertex sourced by special order or out of stock order) unused, not on clearance or special, purchased from a retail or industry wholesale distributor.
- The Service Providers rate must be a rate available to the general public and not a contract rate or discount special.
- The Service Provider must be a legally registered business, licensed, bonded, and insured company located within 50 miles of the property address.
- The estimate provided by the Service Provider must be a fixed estimate inclusive of all fees necessary to perform work in question, not just an hourly rate with estimated time.
