Thank you for your interest in our rentals.  This application will take approximately 5 minutes or less to complete.  There is a $50 non-refundable application fee that will be collected via credit/debit card before submission for each applicant/co-applicant/co-signer. APPLICATION AUTHORIZATION


Electronic Signature Agreement

Electronic Signature. By signing below, the Applicant authorizes the signing this of this Authorization electronically. The Applicant hereby agrees that the electronic signature below is the legal equivalent of their manual signature of this Authorization. By signing and submitting this Authorization the Applicant hereby consents to be legally bound by this Authorization and its terms and conditions. The Applicant further agrees that the use of a keypad, mouse, or other device to select an item, button, icon, or similar act/action, or to otherwise provide Vertex Property Management ("Hereinafter referred to as Manager"), or in accessing or making any transaction regarding any agreement, acknowledgement, consent terms, disclosures or conditions constitutes the Applicant's signature (“E-Signature”), acceptance and agreement as if signed by the Applicant in writing. The Applicant further agrees that no certification authority or other third-party verification is necessary to validate the Applicant's E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third-party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of the Applicant's E-Signature or any resulting document between the Applicant and Vertex Property Management. The Applicant hereby represents that they are authorized to enter this Authorization and that the Applicant will be bound by the terms and conditions thereof. 

Consent to Electronic Delivery. The Applicant specifically agrees to receive and/or obtain all Manager “Electronic Communications” (defined below). The term “Electronic Communications” includes, but is not limited to, all current and future notices, invoices, and/or disclosures that various federal and/or state laws or regulations require that the Manager to provide to the Applicant, as well as such other documents, statements, data, records, and any other communications regarding the Applicant's relationship with the Manager. The Applicant acknowledges that, for their records, they can use VRPApp to retain Electronic Communications by printing and/or downloading and saving this Authorization and any other agreements and Electronic Communications, documents, or records that you agree to using the Applicant's E-Signature. The Applicant hereby accepts Electronic Communications provided as reasonable and proper notice, for the purpose of all laws, rules, and regulations, and agree that such electronic form fully satisfies any requirement that such communications be provided to the Applicant in writing or in a form that the Applicant may keep.

Paper Version of Electronic Communications. The Applicant may request a paper version of an Electronic Communication in lieu of signing any future agreements electronically. The Applicant acknowledges that the Manager reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for the production and mailing of paper versions of any Electronic Communications. To request a paper copy of an Electronic Communication please send us a signed, written notice via certified mail, postage included to Vertex Realty Partners, ATTN: Vertex Property Management, 601 Main Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501.

Revocation of Electronic Delivery. The Applicant possesses the right to withdraw their consent to receive or obtain communications at any time. The Applicant acknowledges that the Manager reserves the right to restrict or terminate the Applicant's access to VRPapp or any systems which they have access to if the Applicant withdraws their consent to receive Electronic Communications, and to charge a reasonable administration fee in preparation, and delivery of any paper documents. If the Applicant wishes to withdraw such consent, please send the Manager a signed, written notice via certified mail to Vertex Realty Partners, ATTN: Vertex Property Management, 601 Main Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501.

By signing and submitting this Rental Application, you hereby authorize Vertex Property Management to transmit your contact information to SmartMove by Transunion to obtain, as part of its application approval process under the laws of the State of Colorado, the following:

The State of Colorado requires us to disclose how this fee is assessed. This fee covers the cost of obtaining your background check, administration time for review, credit card processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 and printing a physical copy for records. There is no profit earned for our brokerage by ways of this fee.
